Porch Floor Paint What's The Best Type Of Paint For A Porch Floor And Steps?

What's the best type of paint for a porch floor and steps? - porch floor paint

We have an old porch, which should really be replaced .... But now it is the best type of paint on the floor and steps? I have to paint every year, and I'm really tired. Only flakes and peels off like crazy. I have latex paint, it is useless. Is it with a primer such as Kilz, and / or an oil painting really better? Or is there something I can do to prolong the life of the color a little?

And what about adding a slip texture? Should I add texture to the painting, or throwing of sand before it dries? And well, but also help prevent that peeling?

In the oil-based. Primer and finish.

If the frame is made of wood and sand on the floor and use of oil paint.
If it is cement, then you need a good sanding and varnishing masonry.
You are a grain that can be mixed right into the picture and to sell most businesses that have added color for you and if you shake it.

Go to a good paint store (not Lowe)'s or Home Depot and get paint concrete ... I pictured myself there for many years and still looks good ... and you can actually get the color you want ...
